Intentional Learning Environments

Infants

The Educarer approach starting in infancy we trust our students to be initiators, explorers, and self-learners in a safe, appropriate and nurturing environment. We encourage freedom by providing open spaces that allow for uninterrupted play and interaction among all students in our program.

Toddlers

Our toddler classroom is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. The classroom is the third teacher and the children lead the way. Respect and exploration are driving force sin our room . A Reggio inspired classroom focuses on building the cognitive, social, language, creative, and physical skills that empower students to be knowledge bearers and researchers in their own learning experiences.

Preschool

Montessori classrooms provide a designed environment and the opportunity to work for long, uninterrupted periods of time. The children learn individually and at their own pace by moving freely around the room and choosing from a wide range of hands-on, age-appropriate activities that are designed to teach specific skills. “The primary goal of Montessori classes is to help children learn concentration, motivation, self-discipline, respect and a love of learning.”
